The chair is fine for sitting for a short while, but after an hour or so the back support starts to feel a little off. It’s not awful, I just expected it to be more comfortable for the price. What’s more frustrating is the policy stuff around returns/exchanges, there always seems to be some loophole that makes it harder than it should be if you’re not totally happy with it. Overall, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t call it a great buy.

I ordered this based on the product info, but when it arrived, the details didn’t really match. I ended up having to return it, which was frustrating enough, but I also felt kind of dismissed when I brought it up. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I ordered through afw.com and picked it up at the store a few days later. i was pleasantly surprised by how simple the whole process was. The staff got everything loaded quickly, and even though I had to wait a little longer than I thought I would, it really wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience.

I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in, but that changed fast. The showroom was set up really nicely, and I ended up finding what I needed without wandering around forever. Kind of a relief, actually.

I ordered a couch from afw.com because the pictures made it look like a nice warm beige, which was exactly what I wanted. But when it showed up, it was more of a gray/tan color and doesn’t go with my room at all 😕.
The delivery itself was fine, no complaints there, but I’m frustrated because I chose it based on the online photos. I really wish the color had been shown more accurately or that there were better real-life pictures to go off of

The store was mostly clean, but I did notice a few areas that seemed a little dusty and messy around the displays. Maybe I’m being picky, but I expected it to look a bit more put together. It wasn’t bad or anything, just kind of an okay visit overall.

I had a question about my delivery. The rep got back to me fast. They were really nice. They also fixed my time slot without making it a big deal.

I’m kind of tired of dealing with drawn-out online checkout stuff, so it was nice that this one was quick and easy. No issues, and my order went through fast.

Not gonna lie, I was just trying to casually look around for a new couch on afw.com, and the site was actually really easy to use.

I don’t know why people act like shopping for furniture online has to be a hassle, because AFW actually had a lot more than I expected. I went there just to look for a couch, but then I ended up browsing dining tables, rugs, and bedroom sets too. There were plenty of styles and price ranges, so it wasn’t like I was stuck with only a few options.

It made comparing things way easier without having to bounce between a bunch of different sites. I found a few solid choices quickly, and I’d rather have too many options than not enough...

I used afw.com and chose the financing option at checkout. i wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go, but it ended up being simple and I got approved faster than I expected. The payments seem easy enough to understand, though I do kind of wish the terms had been shown a little more clearly before the very last step. Maybe I just missed something, but that part made me pause for a second. Overall, still a good option if you don’t want to pay for everything all at once.

I bought this couch about a year ago, and it still looks surprisingly good. I tend to notice patterns with furniture over time, like cushions starting to sag or fabric looking worn in the same spots, but this one hasn’t really done that. The cushions have held up way better than my old couch, which started losing shape quickly. Overall, I’m happy with it...

My first impression of afw.com was a good one because it actually showed the sofa I wanted as in stock, and that stayed true all the way through checkout. I’ve had plenty of times where I find something I like online, only to get hit with a backorder message at the very end, so this was a nice change.

I picked the sofa, checked the color and delivery dates, and placed the order without having to guess or worry something would suddenly change. It was straightforward, easy, and there were no weird surprises. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

Some of the pieces do look nice, but a lot of the styles felt kind of dated to me. I was hoping it would be more exciting, and instead I ended up feeling a little stressed trying to find something I actually loved. It’s not bad overall, just more basic than I expected.

The main thing I appreciated was that they had more than one payment option, because sometimes when I’m buying something bigger, I don’t necessarily want to use the one card or account that happens to be easiest at the moment. I didn’t have to transfer money around, wait for anything to clear, or do that annoying back-and-forth just to make the payment work. I was able to pick the option that made the most sense for me, the checkout process was straightforward, and the payment went through without any issues. It sounds like a small thing, but when you’re spending more money on a bigger purchase, having a smooth payment process really does make the whole thing feel way less stressful.

I spent a little time browsing AFW for appliances, mostly just checking out a few refrigerators and ranges, and it was okay overall. The site itself was easy to get around, and the prices on some items seemed fair, but the selection felt a bit basic. I was hoping to see more brands and model options, especially when comparing small differences like finishes or sizes. I ended up checking a couple other sites too just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything

I had to return a chair I ordered from AFW, i was already a little annoyed that day, so the slower process didn’t help. Customer service did get back to me and eventually got everything sorted out, but I had to follow up twice before it was resolved. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than I was hoping for.
